“I started Pilates because I wanted to get stronger physically and to help me with my dancing. Pilates has helped me both physically and mentally. I learned to use different muscle groups properly and also know when to give my body and mind a break and just breathe. When I dance it doesn’t hurt any more because I’m using my muscles the correct way and I’m also able to keep up my stamina. I’ve seen major improvements with my life and have learned so much about my body. I love coming to Pilates to find out other parts of my body that I have not found yet, getting stronger and learning about my body.”
